Kirsten Henry Fox: I cut the ribbon on Fox School of Wine in October 2008. After crazy studying, I passed the Society of Wine Educators' Certified Specialist of Wine exam in April 2009, and joined the American Association of Wine Economists in 2010. In June of 2010, the Master Court of Sommeliers came for the first time to Utah and, subsequent to many hours of lecture, I passed the Sommelier exam. We offer fun wine classes in Park City, Utah, with the possibility of detention for bad students.
